JULIE POLK

Julie Polk has told stories in and around NYC since 2012, most recently with RISK! (live shows and podcast) and the Volume Knob (podcast), and hosted Story Social at QED for three years. Her solo show “Red White Black & Blue” was named a "hidden gem" of the NY Fringe Festival and she received a Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance grant for her short performance piece "Feckless Flo, Subway Sage." She recently moved to a cottage on a Hudson Valley mountaintop, where her growing skillset includes what to do when there’s a bear in the yard and how to winch a jeep out of the mud.
